The Macintosh maker adds faster processors and built-in AirPort Extreme and Bluetooth wireless connectivity to the lower-priced iBooks G4. The 12.1-inch iBook is now powered by a 1.33 GHz and the 14.1-inch portable by a 1.42 GHz PowerPC G4. Both are sold with 512 MB memory.

Apple also updates the three Mac mini configurations, doubles RAM to 512 MB and offers a SuperDrive model. The company from Cupertino makes with this announcement 512MBytes of memory standard across the board, along with Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and iLife '05.
